Race 1 - Daytona

Time: April 30, 2011, 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time

This will be the first ever race for the IONR as we kick off season 1. This will be a 50 lap race with a field to a max of 16. This race will be a lot like the Daytona 500, not sure about the 2 car drafts but other things will be similar. If there is 16 drivers in the field then this will make me happy. The plan is to be able to communicate with 3 other different drivers. There will be 4 private partys. 4 drivers in each party that can talk to each other. In the Daytona 500, driver can talk to other drives not on there team. They also had to draft with drivers who they couldn't talk to. It made it more difficult. That is what we will do with the private partys. Teammate will be in the same party. Passing below the double yellow line is banned, the position must be given back BUT, you can pass below the yellow for the win.

I'm good with this except for the way the yellow line rule is handled. I think it should definitely be kept somehow, but NOT ON THE LAST LAP. PLEASE.
